Are you ready to lace up your sneakers, sip some coffee, and share a laugh or two? Join us at Furman Park in Downey for a morning of connection, movement, and good conversation. We’re hosting a special “Walk and Talk” event designed just for women like YOU—women navigating menopause, reinvention, and everything in between.

This isn’t just a walk in the park (though it is that, too!). It’s a chance to:
