Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
For orders under $50, USPS charges anywhere from $4.50 to $8
Priority 1-3 business day shipping for a fee of $11 to $16
Overnight shipping for a fee of $22 to $32, depending on your location.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Floris De Juanita will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. Alert us at support@xvb.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
Returns and Refunds
We aren’t happy unless you are 100% satisfied. When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
We accept returns of products for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Your product must be in its original packaging. A refund will not be offered after a 30-day period from the date of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies, which may take up to 7-10 business days before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
Where applicable, we only offer exchanges for items with the same product if the item received was damaged or defective. If you require an exchange, please contact us at: support@xvz.com to return the item and arrange for a new shipment.
